    • How long did they spend on the appointment?

    • Did they take enough photos?

    • Is the scope of work correct?

    • Are the notes detailed enough?

    • Did they recommend a full solution?

    • Did they use their tools

    • What was the customer's objection?

    • How does the drawing look?

    • Did they create a follow up?

    • Did they clover leaf? How many doors? How many appointments?

    • If they sold the job, go through the process of approving it in front of all new hires.
